LONDON- Life-Drawing with Love Club at Dona!

Welcome back to our fifth event in the velvet heaven that is Doña...

​

Doors open from 6pm with the session starting from 7 onwards, so get down early for the best spicy marg in town.

​

We promise dreamy music and great vibes, and a very welcoming atmosphere for seasoned drawers, and total beginners alike.

​

For a little specialness, in the last half an hour, if there is anyone that wants to have a go at modelling themselves, you may take the floor. This went down so well last time, and it felt like a really special moment, so we wanted to include it again.

​

This session is for absolutely anyone, with ZERO experience required. At Love Club we are all about making creativity and wellbeing fun and accessible, so we will start with some fun drawing exercises to get out of our thinking brains and into our creative brains. We believe that everyone is inherently creative, but just need to be given the opportunity to play with it, and let ourselves shine! All materials provided, boards, paper, pencils and charcoal, but if you like to use anything special, please bring it along.

Access- Dona is a basement venue, and there are stairs to access, so sadly it's not an accessible venue.

​

We have included some discounted tickets on eventbrite, no questions asked, but equally, please feel free to get in touch at polly@love-club.org if there are none left and you need some support atm.

BRIGHTON- Spring Equinox Creative Retreat​

~ to connect with the rising sun and the lil touches of spring ~

 

We've got a whole day at the beautiful Studio in Hanover to play around with various art forms and movement to bring you some creative joy, calm and fun!

 

Rough line up: 

-We will move through a gentle yoga flow led by Polly from Love Club, some mediation and relaxation techniques designed to help you tap into your creative flow. 

-Once all melty, we'll do some journaling, creative writing, poetry- an abundance of writing

-Then we are very lucky to have the amazing Megan from Clay Wild lead us through her signature pottery workshop, helping connect to the theme of spring by connecting with the earth in a super physical way using hand-building techniques

-We will drink tea and coffee all day long and nourish ourselves with some sweet treats 

-We will open and close with a circle, sharing optional- hopefully a nice way to meet some other like-minded souls

 

Bring a packed lunch with you, or there are some places nearby you can grab something if needed :) Some snacks will be provided!

 

The whole day aims to encourage your innate creativity, meet you where you are, and show you that you (yes, you!) have endless pools of creativity
